Art at Nordstrom

Sherri Nienass Littlefield manages a rotating art program at the Nordstrom stores and Nordstrom locals located in New York City. While this program is not an official treat gallery initiative, we aim to encourage and build exposure to emerging artists, colleges, collectives and nonprofits. In the past, we’ve partnered with The Art Students League, Parsons School of Design and More. The artists receive 100% of sales in this project, putting community and corporate responsibility first. TESTIMONIALS

“Showing my work at Nordstrom as an early career artist was a landmark moment.

Connecting with collectors in NYC is what all emerging artists dream of. The opportunity to show and sell my work at the flagship store was affirming for my practice and allowed my work to be showcased in an elevated space.

Professionalism and communication were maintained every step of the way. I would be thrilled to participate in this opportunity again and would enthusiastically recommend partnering with Nordstrom.

The support of small, local creators is incredibly meaningful and encouraging. Keep up the great work!”

“Sherri has a wonderful eye and palpable passion for art curation. I had the pleasure of working with her and being included in 2 Nordstrom shows: A pride-themed show at their flagship location and a bug-themed show at Nordstrom Local's West Village location. In both shows, Sherri was supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process from the initial submission of work to the final installation and deinstallation.

She even helped sell one of my pieces to a Nordstrom customer and art collector who happened to walk by at the right time for a connection to be made. I'd highly recommend any artist to participate in the Art at Nordstrom program and collaborate with Sherri in the future. Sherri is incredibly thoughtful and organized in her approach to craft beautiful shows that celebrate the art and artists she supports in collaboration with Nordstrom.”
